Base fee:

Registration (Adult Full Member) – $89.00
Base fee of $89 plus cost of materials. Must hold adult full membership ($40 per year). Waitlist available if class is full.

MANDATORY PREREQUISITE APPLIES

Learn the fundamentals of lace knitting while creating a luxurious scarf using northern qiviut! This class introduces lace knitting techniques, explains lace charts, and demonstrates the magic of blocking. Yarn choices are 100% qiviut, qiviut/silk blend or qiviut/merino/silk blend.

All skills and techniques will be demonstrated and taught during the class. Homework will be required between sessions.

Registration fee includes choice of qiviut yarn and optional circular knitting needle.

Instructor: Cynthia Levy

Prerequisites: Basic knitting skills including casting on, knit and purl stitches, and casting off. Confidence to work with fine yarn. Age 16 or older. Adult full membership.

Cost: $89 plus variable cost of materials based on choice of qiviut yarn and optional circular knitting needles
