Visiting Artist Workshop - Felted Bags (Angela Graham)

The Guild is excited to present a felting weekend workshop with visiting artist Andrea Graham.

Participants will create a felted wool bag using a 3D resist technique.  This bag will feature felted straps. We can incorporate flaps, inside or outside pockets, spikes, and surface design using pre-felts, fabrics, and other materials that create texture and interest!  Several options for handles are discussed depending on the design.

Feel free to come with sketches and ideas.  Wear comfortable shoes and bring a waterproof apron, if you have one.

Prerequisites: No prior experience required. Age 16 or older.

Cost: $240 (includes materials)
