Painting for Your Well-Being

Create abstract art on large canvases using paint and putty to transform an idea or part of life into something new through art.  This painting class is part therapy, part spirituality, part self-expression. Eileen will guide you through her process of painting something that is hard to express, focusing on the emotions. You will be amazed to see how your art and relationship to the topic changes over through the class.
