Learn how to artfully burn patterns onto wood. Each participant will get one board to draw out and start burning on the first night. On the second night, students will finish burning, then varnish the board and put a hanging on the back. Students may also be able to make earrings, a pendant, or bring wooden pieces of their own to decorate (such as a cutting board, scrap wood, wooden picture frame/box/spoon), if time permits.

Prerequisites: No prior experience necessary. Age 16 or older. Children aged 12 to 15 with registration of parent/guardian (see note below).

Note re Youth Participation: Children aged 12 to 15 are permitted to participate in this workshop provided that their parent or guardian has registered for and participates in the workshop. Adult and child registrations must be entered and paid separately. The adult will be responsible for assisting and supervising the child during the class.
